MESH Studios is the result of many years of hard work by London-born Michael and Oregon born Kathryn Hill. The studio represents a life-long dream for both Michael – an Economics grad, and Kathryn – a Political Science grad, to create an organisation that organizes creativity.
The studio is primarily focussed on web and systems development, but also maintains a network deep in considerable expertise in various areas of overall business and creative strategy. Michael (University of Leeds) himself is competently experienced in a number of areas having been involved at an executive level in a number of enterprises ranging from high-end international giftware (3 yr) to banking (3 yr) to marketing (3 yr) to the music industry (4 yr+).
However his primary focus since re-locating to the Pacific Northwest has been artistic endeavor, both in the physical realm as a exhibited artist and veteran of the world famous Portland Saturday Market and in the digital realm as a web designer of three years.
Founding partner Kathryn (Portland State) has a wealth of expertize in relationship management, organizational logistics and political strategy built on years of “on the floor” experience working with Senators and Congressmen at the Oregon State Legislature over the past three sessions. In addition, Kathryn brings a dedicated advocacy for people and is engaged in numerous projects throughout the challenged and alternative lifestyles communities.
Kathryn’s energy and passion shapes the involved nature of the Studio and ensures that Year on Year that MESH Studios supports local organisations and associations bettering our community through donations of time, art pieces and pro bono development work.
